We believe in
Open innovation
Pels believes in open innovation: collaborating with students, experts, universities and other schools to continuously improve. I do not believe in building this school behind closed doors. The best ideas come from the people who experience it - the students, the teachers, the researchers and anyone with a passion for language and learning. If you have an idea, expertise or a desire to contribute, I would love to hear from you.
The approach
Why build a school together?
Because I believe the most effective language school cannot be built by one person alone. Language learning is personal. What works for one student may not work for another. By working with students, researchers and language experts, I can keep testing, improving and innovating. Pels is an experiment - and the more people contribute to it, the better it becomes.
So, why involve students?
Students experience the lessons first-hand. Their feedback directly shapes the teaching methods, the materials and the classroom experience. Every pilot, every lesson, every piece of feedback makes Pels better.
So, why work with experts?
Language acquisition research is constantly evolving. By collaborating with universities and language experts, Pels stays at the forefront of what actually works - and applies it in a fun, creative classroom environment.
